Get Canvas Help

The professional Canvas support staff are available 24/7 to help all TC faculty, students, and staff. Chat and phone support are the fastest and easiest ways to have your problem addressed.  The Canvas staff have access to all our courses to provide you with answers to your very specific questions.

You can get help with Canvas by clicking on Help on the lower left of the Canvas menu.

  • After you have logged into Canvas, click the Help icon on the lower left of the global navigation menu.

  • To talk with Canvas support over the phone, call the number for the Canvas Support Hotline.

  • To chat with a Canvas support agent, click Chat with Canvas Support

  • Click Start Chat

  • Complete the form and click Start Chat.

  • A message asking you to hold will appear.

  • A Canvas agent will ask how they can help. You can describe your issue by typing in the box below and then clicking Send.

  • When you're done asking all your questions, click End Chat.

  • When your chat is ended, you'll be asked to complete a customer satisfaction survey.
