Visualizing Data - Word Cloud

A word cloud is a word frequency query used to generate a word cloud and help you find commonly used words and phrases. This is useful as an end product and a good tool to help you learn about what is going on with your data. 

 

• To create a Word Cloud click Query. 

 

 

• Click Word Frequency.

 

 

• Then, enter in the amount of most frequent words you want to display.

 

 

• Click, Run Query. 

 

 

• Click Word Cloud.

 

• Your word cloud will be created. 

 

 

• To export your word cloud, right click or command + click the word cloud and select Export.

 

 

• Selection the location of the exported word cloud by clicking the location you want using the drop-down arrow next to the Where: text box.

 

 

• Type the name of your word cloud in the Save As: text box.

 

 

• Select the format you want the word cloud to be exported to by clicking the drop-down arrow next to the File Format: text box.

 

 

• Click OK.
