- To export selected project items, click on the item/s you want to export from the navigation view. Then, click Items to export the selected project items.
- To export one item, click on the item you want to export. Then, click Items to export the selected item.
- A pop-up will then appear for you to save the items. In Save As: enter in the name you would like to save the codebook as. In Where click on the drop-down menu to insert where you would like the codebook to be saved. Then, click OK.
- To export multiple items, click on one item you want to export. Then, hold down command and select the other items you want to export. Then, click Items to export the selected item.
- A pop-up will then appear. Choose a location where you want to save these items.
- Then, click OK.
- You can export lists displayed in List View or Detail View for example, a list of set members displayed in List View, or a list of coding references displayed on the node summary tab in Detail View.
- You can export a list to a variety of file types; Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx), OpenDocument Text (.odt) and plain text (.txt).
- To export a list: Click on the list you want to export.
- Then, click List.
- A pop-up will then appear for you to save the list. In Save As: enter in the name you would like to save the list as. In Where click on the drop-down menu to insert where you would like the list to be saved. Then, click OK.
- If you have information about your sources or cases stored as classification attribute values in your project, you can export this data.
- Click on the classification you want to export. Then, click Classification Sheets.
- A pop-up will then appear for you to save the Classification Sheets. In Save As: enter in the name you would like to save the Classification Sheet as. In Where click on the drop-down menu to insert where you would like the Classification Sheet to be saved. Then, click OK.
