About this Program

R is a free open source language and software environment for statistical computing and graphics. R and RStudio (GUI interface) are completely free! 

You can access R and RStudio using the application on your laptop or desktop.

You can expect to spend 30 to 40 minutes on average to watch/read the content in each module. Each section includes:

  • Watch How: 30-60 second instructional videos that will guide you through the instructional content.
  • Learn How: Step by step visual instructions to guide you through the content. 

Objectives (What will you learn?):

  • How to access, install and run RStudio from your personal computer.
  • How to set-up RStudio for data entry and data analysis.
  • The best practice tips for first time RStudio users.
