This hands-on workshop focused on exploring the intersection of technology use and student wellbeing. We will delve into the benefits and risks associated with technology in education, identify effective strategies for promoting healthy technology habits among both students and educators, and examine digital tools and AI-powered resources designed to support mental health and wellbeing. You’ll learn to develop a balanced approach to technology integration that prioritizes physical and emotional wellbeing, leveraging AI for enhanced monitoring and support.
