Course Syllabus

This workshop is designed to help current and future educators understand the principles and application of Universal Design and the use of Assistive Technology in educational environments. The course is structured in Modules that are organized sequentially, and therefore completion of each module is recommended prior to moving on to the next topic. The readings and assignments will help build the understanding of these topics through discussion forums and peer reviews. The list of readings utilized in this workshop is provided below.

Utilizing these materials and others provided in this workshop, reflections will be shared via several discussion forums and an assignment that will require submissions and peer reviews. These reflections will be used to gauge each students' understanding of these principles. All assignments and discussions are required for successful completion of this workshop. Successful completion of the required course content is rewarded with a Credly badge.
